Thought it was going to be a major job, luckily found A&B Drain Services and within half an hour of contact Lee came out and job was done. Not a big of a job as I thought, was cleared in under 20 minutes. Price was fantastic and a 5* job. Lee was very friendly and a true professional, would recommend A&B to anyone.Saturday 26th February 2022
Adam Kaan1 StarHaving seen 22 5 star reviews I thought I would call them up to unblock a drain. A guy turned up later that same day to have a look which was great. He then made an appointment with me two days later on Wednesday afternoon told me he would turn up between 12 - 2pm so I took the time off work to be home.
At 1pm on Wednesday I phoned their office and asked why he hadn't turned up to fix the problem, I was told he's off work and they don't know why he booked for that date and time. I thought ok could be an honest mistake. So I rearranged for Friday morning. Was told between 10am - 12pm
I told them I'd be taking time off work again and can they assure me someone will turn up. Well Friday came and no one turned up AGAIN, no message, no call or anything.

James Leggat5 StarGreat Company who offered time and advice over the telephone to a drain query I had. Derek from A&B didn't try to sell me a service but instead listened to my findings from rodding my drain pit and advised on a monitoring course of action and see if the situation improves. I was very Impressed with his straight talking no nonsense approach, which makes a change form the usual flannel you get elsewhere. JimmyThursday 6th January 2022
