He picked up the phone straight away (many others didn't), he told me he had a few jobs to complete but could fit it before the end of the day. We stayed in touch via WhatsApp during the day and showed up as promised and worked hard until resolving it. He was with me within 2 hours of calling him to swap out an old faulty washing machine inlet valve, resilicone around my sinks, shower and bath and replaced 6 old tap barrels.
