Didn't get that the colour I wanted was semi permanent I actually loved until I got out of shower and noticed that a lot of the dye was gone now my hair is three or more colours

i went for colour cut blow colour was fine but i could of done better job of blowing it myself aa it was flat it was hand blown no brush used so there for no volume init wen i complained to management i was told it was fine also the girl was in a level 1 college uniform to be told there was no other hairdresser working there so says it all really if i could give a zero i would because mostly customer service is a disgrace
