Poor service and disappointing lack of care and professionalism. You can see from the picture that despite 2 attempts this drain still doesn’t work.

I used these through our housing association. Even thou my toilet was blocked they never once got any tools out .left toilet blocked. In the end I had to get my friend to use his rods to clear the bowl.
