I looked long and hard for a new corner sofa (harder than anticipated) couldn’t find exactly what I wanted, but this came close, so I took a chance – bearing in mind your pretty much stuck with it once delivered. So glad I did, the sofa is lovely, and the seller is even better! 5yr guarantee, extras and spares if needed, UK based, customer support by email or landline. The sofa seems well-made, the seating cushions are a generous 60 cm and filled with foam a little firm, but I’m sure they’ll soften up in time. If like me, worried about buying from somewhere you can’t actually see and try before it delivered – fear not! This is worth taking the risk for the price difference – so glad I did, and it was delivered within two days of ordering.

I hope trading standards gets involved, don't review your sofa until after a couple of months. We got a corner sofa after a month it looked like we had it for 20 years, then it got replaced after loads of hassle and excuses "a guy quit" "your email went into spam". We got it replaced with a worse sofa and a foot stool that fell apart, then said our warranty ran out and I can pay for someone to fix it and they might pay for it, there was nothing to fix. I took the sofa to the dump after a year of having the 2nd one and reviewed them on trust pilot which they tried to get taken down saying my order number never existed, then I provided the invoices and all the emails to trust pilot. It's a mess of a company and can leave you out of pocket. Save up for a good sofa or get one off market place. Its not worth the stress

Our 2 yr old sofa unfortunately broke, however I emailed them and by the next evening I'd had a reply saying they'll collect it and replace it, no quibbles (as it's under the 5 year frame guarantee). Within 3 weeks I'd been given a replacement date. They were very efficient, prompt in sorting things out. Even when I had to rearrange last minute due to COVID, they were accommodating and helpful. The only thing I will say is that there was only 1 man to manage the sofa collection himself, therefore I had to ensure my dad was here to help him carry it. Really impressed with how this was handled as I know certain companies can drag their feet when sorting out such problems. Thank you Abakus!
