I went to the Trafford shopping centre store and the staff there was, least to say, rude. The girl who attended us at the till, I couldn’t see her name tag, was extremely ill behaved and I am shocked by her behaviour. While in conversation with us, she spoke to ten different people about random stuff and didn’t have the time of the day to even answer what we were asking. I am now wondering if the staff has even basic decency here or are educated enough or not… very distasteful. Collection was alright though.

Love this store ever since it had a recent make over. Nice place to shop in terms of decor, lighting , plenty of changing rooms, not too many collections cluttering up shop in a haphazard way. Staff properly into customer service and there were two on front desk and two on the back desk plus a few others milling about which was plenty for this size of shop. And I reckon they must have new buyers as it has a different feel to how it was before ? Classic smart casual collections with a nod to vintage style, high quality fabrics and well made - not disposable fashion. I bought two things immediately for my holiday and ordered a third online at cash till as not in stock at this branch. Impressed.

I really like the ambience of this store, the staff are very helpful. The place has a great look and feel......and smells heavenly 😁 Little details like the changing room light settings and phone charging points show thought and attention to detail. Sales racks are right at the back 👍
