On the day of moving in, Jo went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for them, she noticed the kitchen tap was loose and arranged for it to be sorted the next day, which it was. It's so nice to deal with someone who takes pride in their work and made the moving in process so smooth, she even left them a little welcome pack which was very thoughtful.Friday 22nd July 2022
