I have been to this laudromat this morning and the lady there told me 'in 45 minutes you will have your laundry all clean'. After 45 minutes, my laundry was not clean. She had it washed without soap and stated it was my fault because I didnt tell her to use it. All this in a very rude way, considering my English is not super fluent and I am not familiar with how laudromat work here in the Uk. I had to go to another laundromat where they were super nice and asked me about how I wanted my clothes to be washed (with soap of course! - it should not even be specified).
