The management are useless and have no loyalty to long serving employees. There great at constructive dismissal. The attitude is to sack if you don't like it and don't pay pensions. The LLP is a scam and promises profit share, I never seen a penny after working my guts out. Health and safety is a joke. This company needs investigating. The director is a nasty piece of work.

I am a carer and work in the Richmond area. I have a client who lives in a housing association house and they’re having scaffolding put up. I am a young woman and was cat called by the scaffolders. I felt very uncomfortable and nervous to go back to see my client. This is not okay as I’m someone who cannot speak up for themselves. It’s hard enough being a woman in today’s society but to not be able to do my job and support the elderly and vulnerable??
