Advanced Vehicle Technicians limited (also known as AVT) is a family-run car repair business founded over 35 years ago located on the outskirts of Manchester city centre. Our business has been built on integrity, education and knowledge carrying out all aspects of vehicle repairs for both the general public and trade fleets. We strive to be cost-effective whilst maintaining quality workmanship as we work from the motto ‘you’re only as good as your last job’. We know how important your car is to you so therefore it is important to us.

We have two fully equipped workshops with all car repair work carried out by skilled technicians and guaranteed to a very high standard. We have been members of the NBRA (National Body Repair Association) since 2010 and the Trust My Garage association since 2011 which are part of the RMI (Retail Motor Industry Federation) Organisation operating a code of practice which is approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute.

You will find all our staff are friendly and approachable. To anybody that may find it intimidating to walk into a garage full of technicians, our female office staff can help you feel more at ease. When it comes to finding faults with your vehicles, we understand that not everyone understands vehicle components and how they work. If you are unsure of anything please do not hesitate to ask more questions and we will do our upmost to help you understand.
