We can safely clean-up your PC and ensure it has the all the latest Microsoft Operating System updates for your version of Windows. Where it may be beneficial to reformat the hard disk and re-install Windows this can be undertaken.

Your PC can be upgraded in whatever way you wish if this is practical.

Basic training for both Windows and the major software packages can be given on a one to one basis.

This is the first time I have used AED and would not hesitate to use again should the need arise. My computer crashed, but with Alans help, he saved all my data and installed a new hard drive. Now everything is up and running. I certainly recommend AED for any computer problems.

Do not hesitate to use the services of AED , you will not be disappointed. A first class professional service and a reasonable price. AED knows what he is talking about and will give you valuable advice no matter what size of job. I have no hesitation in recommending.

To find a person who has the knowledge (and Alan has that in abundance), providing the service with the limited cost is virtually impossible these days. Every time I ring him he comes out quickly and resolves the issues I have and gives advice which is precious. He undervalues his abilities and he tells me what he will charge me and I always give him more because he is worth so much more. I worked in a company where a fee was charged for service and it is difficult to justify a cost where years of experience culminate in an answer that is very often worth its weight in gold; and NO he has not paid me to write this response. This could never explain what I think about the advice, the service and the cost that is provided. I cannot give a higher recommendation than this, trust, knowledge, ability, service and he is very easy to get on with. You would be mad to use anybody else.

I have been using AED for some time and have escaped from all sorts of IT disasters, usually through online assistance but also (and on this occasion) by performing open heart surgery on my machine! Excellent, as ever!
