Ian5 StarAF Whites looked after the funeral arrangements for my darling wife of 58 years who passed away earlier this month. It was her wish to have a quiet funeral with just family present which Adrian asissted by Lindsay were able to arrange perfectly. The little extras, so important at a time like this, were catered for and nothing was too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending AF White and commend them for their courtesy, consideration and dignity shown to me, our family, and my dear wife throughout this difficult time. Allowing me to visit my partner when I wanted to,dressing her in her favourite clothes,anything I needed,they helped me. A special mention to Lindsey,who arranged the funeral,for being amazing. we had never had to organise a funeral before.
Lindsey was caring and patient putting her arms round us has we cried, she explained in detail what we needed to do and what would happen we could call anytime if we were uncertain about anything,
ask as many questions has we liked they would answer them and point us in the right direction.
The order of service book was beautiful with little extra touches that Lindsey suggested made them perfect.
The chapel of rest was so peaceful, Lindsey took us in asked us if we needed anything then quietly left us alone time no problem.
On the day of the funeral they arrived at my home, everything was perfect , Hearst limousine, the staff were so respectful to the family making sure we were alright, opening the car doors nothing was to much trouble they were there again when we came out of the crematorium again opening car doors making sure we were coping, the day was a blur to us all but was made much easier by the caring staff from A F Whites Funeral ServicesFriday 28th April 2023
