I got everything I wanted, and more. My daughter's laptop was repaired quickly and returned to me in perfect shape just in time for her to go back to school at the end of her holiday. I was kept informed throughout the process in a very professional manner, I was dissuaded from overspending - which alone is a rare thing these days - and the final price was very acceptable. Now I know who to turn to in Rochdale if I have a computer problem.

We did a rebuild from a normal size case into a mini-ITX, along the way we were discovering a few things, sizes, proportions what could fit etc. Dave and his team kept in touch throughout the whole process, including photos on whatsapp of progress. I can definitely recommend this company, they offer a tailored touch that is rare to find! Especially at a decent price!
