The communication is terrible, after trying all day to get through and emailing asking if they could call me. (They didn’t) I eventually got through.
Was told the information provided in the advert was subject to T&C’s which did not match the car, so I’m unsure as to why the info is in the advert in the first place.
My partner also received emails from them at 330am & 230am on separate occasions. (Odd hours to be contacting potential customers). After being completely dissatisfied with the performance of this dealer so far, we decided to buy elsewhere. My partner emailed to notify them that because if the incorrect info etc that we had decided to buy elsewhere. The reply was ‘Good, thanks’.
