N B1 StarFood was 40 minutes late, 3 out of 4 items were wrong. Took a further hour to receive replacement items and again one arrived wrong.
Customer service was poor, I can understand food being late, but when 3 out 4 items are wrong it is simply unacceptable to be made to wait a further hour for the mistake to be rectified. The shop is 6 minutes away, so in my opinion there is no excuse.Monday 24th January 2022
