He came and collected my van and dropped it off due to my injury. They have done an amazing job. The communication was excellent and they went above and beyond to help me. Milan Nechvátal1 StarDave and Steve. Seemingly nice guys at first until they messed up the easiest job - fixing my parking sensors. Charging me £225 only to my realisation it still did not work, when mentioned a whole game of twisting words, excuses and blaming me for not telling them what was wrong with the sensors started (You guys charged me for diagnosis). People make mistakes that I understand but what I needed was honesty, solution to the issue and a quick fix, not excuses and avoidance. After a week of me chasing them every day they came up with a solution. ‘The guy next door would be a better option as he will do it cheaper, we would charge you £160.’ Another £160 on top of the original £225 for replacing one parking sensor that should have been fixed in the first place? No thank you.
Got the sensor from amazon for £10 watched a YouTube tutorial and fixed it myself in an hour. Peace.Monday 25th October 2021
