Nothing was too much trouble for James. A pleasure to deal with , polite and courteous at all times , I will definitely return to James in the future should I wish to upgrade my vehicle

Bought a car from Albion cars James has been an inspiration to deal with, with his help and advice this has been an absolute great experience, without a doubt I cannot recommend this company highly enough, if all people were as easy and well mannered to get on with whilst dealing with thing as James was it would be a great world we live in. Long story short: (one star because zero isn't an option). Bought a car from these guys a while back, turned out to have a catastrophic oil leak. Eventually returned the car after James had made multiple attempts to stall and persuade me not to. There was an issue with returning the cost of the road tax so called them to arrange something. James became aggressive and abusive, swore down the phone and hung up. I was able to sort out the tax myself after that. A week or so later, they sent me an email telling me that they were trying to "help me with my tax issue" and could I get in touch 😁. When I looked again, they had put the same car back on sale.. knowing full well that the problem was terminal Basically, my experience was that of dealing with a pair of dishonest, lying crooks... steer clear!

STAY AWAY!!! M4 7aj Albion car sales Where do I begin. I saw the ad online and pictures looked good, the car was clean, the description was spot on and had all the right things, great MOT history and full service history. Went to see the vehicle and this is where it went down hill, one of the employees was using it for there own personal use and it was stuff to the brim with rubbish, I couldn't see inside the vehicle very well so I had to go by the picture. Viewing was by appointment, so you think they would tidy it up. Also there was a nice chip on the screen that wasn't in the pictures and all the wheels where all scuffed, where as they were spotless in the picture. The good news was I was told this would be fixed. So I went ahead and bought the vehicle. After agreeing a finance value this was not the case as the finance was a lot higher than what was agreed. There was no full services history, but I trusted my gut as the Mot history was flawless. I was told the car had been serviced yet after a couple of days the service warning light came on. Took it to my mechanic and he told me it had not been serviced. When waiting for the finance they wouldn’t clean the car till payment had gone through, but you would think keeping your cars in clean condition on the forecourt would be standard. Basically the car was still filthy inside and was riddled with gauges and scuff marks that where not visible in the pics. My guess is that these were newly done as the car inside looked a tip when I viewed it initially. The guy I dealt with was very wimsical as he didn’t give straight answers. The car is nice but I probably wouldn’t buy from here again, but aren’t all car dealers dodgy. The main issue is that you should be selling as advertised. P.S. mileage was 1000 miles more than advertised. Issues with the car after purchase, dodgy gear box and faulty AC. After sales is atrocious.
