The staff at Alistair Stevens are very helpful and friendly. We met a representative at property viewing and received the application form straight away. The whole process was painless and personal, a very positive contrast to the great many cold and automated systems elsewhere. Alistair Stevens are highly recommended!

Do yourself a favour, find any way of selling your house other than use this estate agent. Entirely unprofessional, and unscrupulous. Added to this, you'll do all the work yourself and they'll laugh at you while you do it. I'm amazed they have any reviews better than this one. Update - Alistair Stevens responds to my review of their work fifteen months after I posted my comments. They claim not have no record of my sale with them (this is of no surprise to me) and that the office was closed at the time I am writing about (the agency was functioning as normally as it ever does throughout the whole of the farcical process they call my house sale). I can only strongly urge prospective clients that they find any other means of selling their property. I still regret using them and I'm pretty sure I'm not on my own.
