I have ordered from Alpha Batteries twice now and have spent over 1k with them and will be spending more in the future. They always respond to emails quickly (within hours sometimes even quicker!) and are able to offer technical advice when needed. Delivery is also super quick and you are kept up to date every step of the way. When you speak with them on the phone you also feel respected and appreciated and not belittled like some companies can make you feel. I really appreciate this company and have no reservations about ordering from them again in the future. We'll done Alpha Batteries and thank you for providing such a great service! 👍

Great company to deal with. I ordered a Solar Panel from them which was great value and came with a 5 year warranty. Upon delivery I found one of the small plastic corner protectors was broken. I contacted Alpha, and they sent me a new one immediately, which was great service. I've since installed the panel and it works fine. Most impressed with the Company and the product.

Fantastic service, emailed John at Alpha Batteries concerning my choice of deep cycle leisure battery and he was prompt with his reply and gave me information regarding the correct charging processes needed etc to care for them. Order was placed and batteries arrived well packaged on a pallet the very next day by courier. Absolutely brilliant service couldn't have asked for better, John is an asset to the company so much so I will be ordering a starter battery in the coming weeks.

Above and Beyond! Ask for Scott! His customer service, absolute attentiveness and unbiased honesty - focussing on my needs over the company's interest - was utterly refreshing! His personal and in depth knowledge, extensive practical experience in the full range of products, and clear guidance were invaluable. I was out of my depth and Scott's patience, kindness, explanations and reasoning earned my utter trust. it was more like getting the advice of a best friend. He Really listened, and worked with me, well beyond closing time, to resolve my complex issue, there and then. If I could score higher, Scott certainly deserves a 7/5! You don't get better customer service than this!
