Do not come to this place. Waste of time . Fitting absolutely atrocious. Fake promises then blames the customer. Do not waste your time for wedding outfits here. He will promise one thing and give one thing.

I am a regular customer of Amaans and would recommend everyone to go there. There customer service is always on point and they make you feel very welcoming, so thank you and I will be visiting again very soon :)

Very rude young lad that works there, presumably owners son… shopping experience is made pleasant with the customer service that is provided and that one worker makes it a horrible experience altogether not just for me but also witnessing him make a lady cry that was disgusting.

Ordered a dress for a wedding and the staff and owner very confidently told me my outfit will arrive in 4 weeks. It has now been over two months and I still haven’t received my outfit! The wedding is less than two weeks away and my outfit is still not here despite being due on 1st April. They’ve now turned their phones off so no way of contacting them. Biggest regret ordering from here!

I visted her last week at approx 7.30pm and I bought a a few suits. One of them being a men's shalwaar suit for £25. At the time of buying the owners assured me I could exchange at anytime. I took this home, my husband tried it on but it was too small. We required the next size up. When I was putting it away I noticed a burnt patch of the top thay blended into thesuit but was rough and burnt to touch. I returned to the store within 24 hrs to exchange and I asked for a size up. I told them it was also damaged. At this point, they accused me of burning the suit and bringing it back. The entire suit was creased all over, and burned in that one bit. They were awful, my allah punish them for how they treated myself and my husband. We left the suit and they kept the money. They treated me so awful I almost cried in the store. They ganged up on me whilst I was alone, to the point I had to call my husband to come in from the car. The hijabi young girl there, brown hair with glasses has the manners of a chav. The men there are bullies. I would advise to never shop here. INSPECT ALL CLOTHES WITH A MAGNIFYING GLASS/YOUR PHONE TORCH LIGHT before leaving the shop. The brother there kept saying over and over, you accepted the condition of the item when you left, meaning they knew it was damaged and I can't return it. This is the only meaning of this statement. These people are very dishonest, and sell faulty goods. They have kept the original faulty suit and I 100% believe this is back on the shop floor for another victim buyer. BOYCOTT THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE
