Avoid at all costs! What an absolute joke this firm is. They assigned me a solicitor who’s based in New Zealand! I would receive emails at 03:00/04:00am am. Never once did he call me to discuss the case I’d just get very brief emails. He missed multiple telephone meetings with my witness, messed my witness around that much he no longer wanted to support my case. In light of this I had an email today saying they was closing my case as without my witness they don’t believe they can win the case. Thanks a lot Richard Smith and Amelans, over a year you’ve messed me around. Avoid this firm at all costs.
