TF T1 StarBooked a gents cut in advance. I was a few minutes late for which I apologised on arrival. I was told that's it fine and to take a seat. Sat there for half an hour without anyone seeing to me. I decided to leave; on my way out, I was told they'd "Just be 2 minutes" but I wasn't prepared to wait any longer.
