I missed a delivery, so requested it be delivered on the 14th. this was ignored by the company and they attempted a delivery on the 9th and 12th. I missed both of these as I was away. however, because they attempted 3 times they will no longer deliver unless the company sending the parcel confirms it. the parcel contains medication, and because of their screwup I will not be able to access it for several days. I have had many, many more problems with APC.

I am not one to leave a review, but my god dealing with APC Manchester has been by far the worse customer service I have ever experienced. To summarise, no communication on when the delivery is scheduled for. When I finally got through to them I was told that apparently an attempted delivery was made a couple days before, even though I received no communication in-advance of this. When I queried customer service, I was told I should have received a phone call on the day a few minutes before delivery ( I did not receive a call) and they are unable to give any advance notice. The delivery was then reschedule for the next day, leaving me frantically changing my schedule around to accommodate this ,and suprise suprise the package was not delivered. When I finally managed to get through again, a new delivery day was scheduled and I was now informed that I needed to call in at 8am on the day to find out the delivery window. It is now the day itself and I've been trying to get through to them all morning to no avail. I have now decided it might be quicker to cancel my order and purchase the goods from a different supplier entirely. Update- After finally managing to get through after trying for 3 hours, I am told my package is still at the depot and it will get delivered tomorrow instead, again the usual spiel of having to call in the morning to find out the timeframe. This is now beyond a joke.

When I came down after hearing the ring, he was already gone. I have to pay another 7£ to rearrange the collection.

Worse than Hermes and that's saying something. Fresh food parcel over 3 days late and has spent over 5 days in transit so will be unfit for consumption. Complete waste of time and money. Marked as attempted delivery and delivered falsely. No response from customer service. Would only recommend if you wanted something to get lost in the post.

1star because that's the minimum you have to select. Worst company ever, Never seen such a bad customer service. Called them 5 times and they keep saying it should be with you in an hour and at the end of the day they said the driver said it was closed even do I was at the front door reception all day. Even free this company is not worth. Amateurs
