They had the ceramic hob I needed for a customer in stock, unlike most other shops. Their price was competitive, and I collected my goods from their warehouse a few streets away. The warehouse man carried the item and put it in my van. He then photographed it as proof of collection. Very efficient, and it only took a matter of minutes. My customer is highly delighted with her newly fitted hob.

Used appliance world for many years, customer service has always been top class but now they have excelled themselves. Boiler broke over christmas weekend, called on the bank holiday and they had an engineer here the same day. Needed a part which the engineer located then convinced supplier to open so he could collect and fix. Then another part was required, sourced and fitted within 2 days. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
