I used to go gym it's looks small when i seen first but when I started I feel it's not . Gym is so clean & staff is very helpful I really happy to join .😊

I've only been going to the gym for a week or so after deciding to get back on track with training after the new year. I'm fairly new to the area. On first arrival - the fitness instructor Mike introduced himself and immediately offered his service if I needed any help. Since then, he's gone above and beyond to show me how to use equipment properly and has made me feel a lot more confident and comfortable in the gym. Mike is truly a credit to Arcadia gym and I feel more motivated to make a change due to his kindness and hospitality.

Went to the women's only night ,some experienced swimmers in small pool . One swimmer was rude and informed me "if I am not a swimmer then I stay on the other side of pool "and she abruptly handed me my float . It was an open pool for everyone and not cordoned off for specific swimmers . But just joined the Swim Dr lovely people learning to swim and great teachers ,So will be going regular but not the women's swim . Staff very nice .

The staff are brilliant. All of them. Friendly, professional and very helpful. They create a positive atmosphere. There is a real community feel to the place. Facilities are absolutely perfect. I even had my friend join from Salford and both staff and visitors knew her name on her first day and made her feel so welcome that she swam 22 lengths on her first day. I swam my usual half length and then had a kip in the steam room for 10 minutes. Perfect. 5 stars

This is a very successful library I have been into it brings me back memories when I began watching all of my favourite programmes in there from 2016.
