Liz Wild5 StarStaff are very friendly and lovely to deal with. I bought a TV which was damaged and they sorted it out for me very quickly in store (they weren't so helpful on the customer services phone line which I know is a call centre somewhere, 3 calls made and 3 different answers...the last call and the staff at the store are the reason why its 5* and not zeroWednesday 26th January 2022

Mark Green2 StarWe ordered a gaming chair and a side table our friend picked the items up on Saturday. And we found the that we needed to come back on Monday because we were a parcel short . This has happened before to us and we just let it go. I understand that you are very busy but we have our own business too and can only really order items on line.
