We run a dedicated Arnold Clark Customer Shuttle Bus, which runs separately to the airport rental village bus. After collecting your luggage, please phone +44 161 774 1888 and the rental agent will give you instructions on where to meet our shuttle bus. If you plan to go to our branch between 6pm and 11pm, please phone the number above and we’ll give you a code to enter the gate. To make your car rental experience hassle-free, we offer collection and drop-off services and a one-way car rental service. Meaning you can collect your vehicle from Manchester Airport and drop it off at any of our branches located throughout England and Scotland. I rented a car for my family’s 4 weeks holiday in the UK. I decided on Arnold Clark after reading a lot of positive reviews thanks to all. It was such a wonderful experience. I felt relaxed after been welcomed by Homaa who is just the right person you want to deal with after or before a long flight with a family. There was a bigger and better car waiting for us than the one we booked with no extra cost. Pick up and return were very smooth and paper work was clearly explained and nothing was complicated. I would also like to thank the shuttle drivers. They were both nice and helpful. I will certainly use again and recommend to others.

Amazing we dealt with Mark but equally all the stuff were very friendly on our arrival. They were also very quick and thorough with the check in and the picking up and dropping off from the airport Little extras were tea coffee and biscuits on arrival great after such a long flight would highly recommend, we certainly will use them again

Perfect service: quick reception and hand back, clear explanation of contract and options. Friendly and welcoming from airport pick up. Particularly appreciated Mark’s patience, smile and professionalism in dealing with us and our queries. Plus Naz’s driving and chatting to my kids made the quick to trip the airport fun too. Highly recommended car hire company just off site from the airport. We will definitely be back.

First time we have used Arnold Clark and I have to say that the whole experience, from online booking to picking up and returning the car, was very smooth and easy. Jess and the rest of the team were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The car itself was immaculately presented and there was a thorough (and documented) handover inspection of the vehicle. Hire rates were similar to other companies' but still competitive. We will definitely keep Arnold Clark in mind for our next hire car.

I've rented a number of cars all over Europe, but this was by far the best experience I've ever had. The staff was very friendly and enormously helpful on both occasions. We were late when returning the car due to traffic problems, but thanks to the understanding of the staff and their quick response, we were still able to catch our flight. I wish I could give more than five stars... Thanks again!!!!
