liyah imani3 StarI've been here a few times without any issues. I booked for an hour massage yesterday as I had a £50 gift voucher for mothers day (couldnt go earlier due to surgery.)
The lady finished the massage after half an hour and when I mentioned it to the lady at reception she said that I had called and asked for half an hour, which I didn't. I told her I've been here numerous times before for one hour massages and I told her I had a £50 voucher over the phone so why would I have booked half an hour which costs £30. She just told me it was my fault again. I was more annoyed by the lack of customer service and no acknowledgment of the mistake more than anything else. I was quite disappointed.
Mistakes can happen but to tell someone numerous times they said something that they didnt is very annoying. Plus what's left one the voucher wont even cover another half an hour!Friday 8th July 2022
C J5 Starmine and kias fave place for massages have been coming years! So clean, well fitted, smells delightful, massages are lovely. If It could improve it would be to add some more massages as I would come more such as Indian head massages and facial reflexology! Love it though. Michael Hart5 StarSimply outstanding. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage today. The therapist are all fully qualified in the Thai techniques, she found knots and tension in areas I didn’t know existed. It is a very pleasant environment for a massage with a very friendly welcome. The whole place is very hygienic and appropriate covid measures in place. Would highly recommend to anyone and I will be returning regularly.Friday 23rd July 2021
