Went in for a consultation and everything went well. The 2 staff were nice upon arrival and everything seemed professional. When asked about my hair i told her it was natural and she made a face - yes i understand black hair is difficult for some hairdressers to colour which is completely fine, but it would be better to be informed of that. Instead i left the salon around 3:45 where she informed me she would see how much the colour would lift on a strand. Around an hour later i received a text from Barbara completely slating my hair telling me it was too long, over processed and over bleached. Personally i find it very rude. i went in to feel good about myself and give myself a refresh and after my experience i recieved negative comments about my hair. I would have understood if she had said she isnt comfortable dealing with asian natural black hair but the way she handled it was very unproffesional and would 100% not recommend - especially to girls with black hair

Great staff really friendly can't wait for my next cut . I wrote that 4 years ago and now in 2022 4 years later I'm still getting great new cuts and style changes. For me the ability to do new brilliant style changes puts this hairdresser way above the norm in terms of consistency, quality and creativity. Highly recommended.
