We recently purchased a house through Ascend. We were really impressed with their professionalism and friendliness from the moment we initially made contact to arrange a viewing. We first met Laura, the branch manager, who was lovely and knowledgable. She told us about the area and knew about the house well. We spoke a lot with Annabelle via email until we finally met her for a second viewing. Not only was she lovely and professional but also super patient as we took forever in the second viewing. Annabelle then went out of her way to get the keys to us the day we completed as we did not arrive in time to the office. Overall, superb service and just lovely people all round.

I've just recently sold a property and Laura and Annabelle were on the ball from the beginning. They secured a sale above asking price within the first week of it going on the market.
