We were keen to give our employees a meaningful stake in the business as a means to reward, incentivise and retain them. “I was trying to buy another shareholder out of an optometry business and we were having a challenging time “Ascendis was recommended to me, as they had experience of helping buyers with similar issues in the past. “I spoke with Andy and the team at Ascendis about how complicated everything was, but he sounded like it was something he had dealt with a million times – it was very reassuring. “The transaction was complicated and so I needed someone who new and understood the ins and outs of the deal. “To this point everything had become quite protracted as the other sides team were constantly arguing and in dispute. “Ascendis came in and took over. Wow , i did not think , i would be writing a "wow" review for a firm of accountants , Got Great advice today , on the set up of a company the guys told me that i could get investors more easier for my new company if i applied for seis , which gives 30-50 % tax advantage to a investor , the advice also on share set up , was a lot more professional than previous accountants , ,,, the quotes i have had for seis set up and application to hrmc , was around £2k -3k with manchester accountants and 4-6k with london accounts , the guys from Ascendis , hit a home run Best Advice and price of £1,250 , knocking the competition out of the Water , my initial consultation was free too :) the guy in the picture is andy the accountant that advised me , so thanks for Great advice @ a nice price , a rare occurrence these days ,
