Great place picked an item up from manchester on Tuesday and Kes was more than helpful even made me a cup of tea while I was waiting,great bunch of lads

Bought 8 Electrical Items circa 600 gbp 2 Broken Completely. 1 Cosmetically destroyed though functional. 4 were the wrong item completely. 1 was salvageable for resale. They seem to use stock photos when the reality is you dont get whats pictured. Get a condition report. In writing. Though they readily admit they dont respond to email requests... Go and see what your bidding on prior. Youll see its a lot like a large recycling centre. Better still, dont bother. They put inflated minimum starting prices in combined with misleading photos to suggest they are selling customer returns/opened not used stock. Actually they are churning utter junk. Its a cute game and well played. Would imagine a low customer return rate.
