Simon G2 StarI purchased an Audi from here. Firstly, I take some of the blame for trusting them and not looking at the car properly! Afterwards, I took it to my local garage who spotted that the struts needed replacing as the boot wouldn't stay open. Then we noticed it had been in a bad accident previously and it hadn't been re-sprayed very well. Then we noticed that the handling didn't seem right and the rear shock absorbers were awful. They didn't match and were so bad that my mechanic even took photos of them. I'm not sure he'd ever seen anything like it. I phoned Adam at Audenshaw motors who explained that "shock absorbers can go overnight". What kind of a response is that? He also made sure I took out an independent warranty package but paid cash for it. He then marked down the price of the car by £100 and asked me to pay an extra £100 for the warranty. If they had any kind of mechanic look at the car prior to selling it, he must have been smoking something dodgy at the time! Now we all have a bit of a chuckle about Audenshaw motors and can see the funny side but based on my one experience, I can't really recommend them, I'm afraid.Tuesday 20th June 2023

Tommy Moore1 StarMe and my partner bought a family car In January where we paid for the car out right we now have to take it to court due to the state of the car internally my children were in this car and for two months we had no idea it had zero safety features in, it had apparently been in a previous crash mb told us when they stripped the bumper and we weren't told about it. I have phone recordings of audenshaw motors laughing down the phone saying they had taken are money i find this disgusting the customer service is shockingTuesday 13th June 2023
