Established in 1984 with the building of a Ford A series hydraulic wrecker in a back yard up to present day with 5 tilt & slide vehicles 1 concept underlift, 4 x 4 off road equipment, 1 accident unit with Hiab crane facilities. Premises comprise of approximately 26000 square feet of offices/workshop & storage space, waiting room, toilets & shower facilities.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE Thank you all. Its a pleasure to collect a total loss vehicle from here. Office staff and yard staff are amazing. Very professional and very Helpful. Ive collected from here many times over the last 20 years and couldnt ask for a better service. Staff are All very polite. Thank you again

I was low on petrol with my 2 month old baby in the car and when I went to fill the tank, noticed the petrol flap was jammed! I panicked as had 0 miles (stupidly) and pulled in to Auto rescue and asked for help. The very kind receptionist got a mechanic to come out and he spent about 15 minutes trying to unjam it for me with a very kind fire-fighter. They were able to get it open so I could fill my tank. They asked for no fee! Very kind and helpful. I’d really like to say a big thank you to these two very kind gentleman. I will use this garage in the future.

They make it almost impossible for you to retrieve one's vehicle, over a week & half now after a t/a with my crutches in the vehicle also,(I have mobility issues)they just aren't interested & just don't care,not to mention the 150 pound towing fee,plus daily storage fees racking up,& being a pensioner,I don't see a happy outcome anytime soon! please stay well clear of this "business" if you are able.

My car was recovered by above company after crash. Spoke to reception on 10/01/22 around 4pm to find out if I would be able to get my personal belongings out of the car before it's collected by repair team. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and actually had a go at me for not contacting them earlier. I had to explain myself that I did need few days to recover from shock after the crash, before even thinking about dealing with aftermath. By the way only received letter from them with contact details over the weekend and rang them on Monday. It was impossible to communicate with this person. They gave me contradicting information and seemed like they abandoned headset to find out more information without letting me know what's going on. Lady would not even let me speak and I had to ask to lower their voice. I cant say anything bad about their other services, but reception have no customer service skills or any respect towards others at all. Avoid this woman if possible!!
