WORST COMPANY! RUN Avoid this company at all cost. This is one of the worst experience of my life dealing with this company and the owner called Martin. I bought a gearbox asked to send the pictures, never did but I still went ahead to buy even after reading all the bad reviews and warning. He sent the gearbox without torque converter, my mechanic said it should have come with it in the first instance. My car is now at the mechanic and have been charged for both the service and storage, but the mechanic couldn't work on it and very upset. I have been begging Martin, called several times and message to please just send the tracking number if he has truly sent it but no responses at all. How can anyone treat a fellow human this way? Please for your own sanity avoid this company, do not take a chance. He is worst human and highly unprofessional. At this stage, I do not know what to do. The only thing I will say to you Martin is that Karma is real, whatever you do to others you will receive 10 folds. You can cheat human and get a way, but you cannot cheat God.

Purchased a gearbox in April - was told it was the correct one for my van - it wasn' t even though I drove from Worcester to Bolton to get it and took back to have it fitted to be told it was incorrect by the mechanic- was told it would be collected by Auto spares for weeks- it wasn't - contacted them and they said bring it back, so i drove back to Bolton to get a refund. Owner wasn't there even though I told him i would be going that day - was promised a refund by the next day by someone else that worked there (they even wrote a letter confirming this and took a photo of the gearbox at premises) - a month later and several phone calls/messages late STILL no refund. they said it has been issued but clearly it hasn't . Now I have said i will escalate this issue to someone to get my money refunded-no response/reply. Don't buy anything from this company - clearly they just want to sell you something that is wrong and then not refund.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Would definitely give them 0 rating if I could….My sister has Been waiting over 6 weeks for a gear box to be sent, the guy sends the wrong one and then tells her he would send the correct one and pick the other one up… she waited another few weeks only for him to tell her that the delivery company (which he wouldn’t give her a reference for even though she asked on multiple occasions) had lost it after “the delivery label fell off” she then asked him to send a second one which he agreed to but shes still waiting! Called him a bunch of times to get a refund but he STILL hasn’t replied… in my opinion I’d save your money and go to someone trust worthy.

Bought complete engine from these guys was very happy with service I received. Delivery was fast and kept me informed at all times. Was also very happy with the engine I was supplied with and the condition it was in and very well packed would use them again 🚗🚗🚗👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I needed new engine for 2013 combo van and was asking different scrap yard and looking on line Auto spares got back to me with engine for van at very outstanding price for £1000 pounds and they delivered the engine had the engine fitted running outstanding well no problem s and the man what running the company kept in contact to ask was everything ok and if there s anything wrong they would resolve any issues in my case they was none and went back to the yard in the van for back light and switch and he gave them me very honest reliable company 10 out all round I would recommend this Auto spares direct to anyone who needs parts or engine thanks Dave brown
