very unclear on who will calibrate my camera afterwards initially, this has to be booked after the windscreen repair by approved /dealer it seems. spoke to insurance company and cost of lane assist camera calibration is covered in the claim.Friday 4th May 2018
Rachel Hill1 StarTerrible service. They came to fit a new windscreen. In the process they broke my rear view mirror. Came to fit another one. But the first guy had closed my bonnet wrong and broken it. So they can't fit a new one and are taking no responsibility for the bonnet. I am now left £70 lighter, with a car with no rear view mirror and a bonnet which won't open. So I'm faced with another big garage bill to fix the bonnet before they will agree to come and put the new windscreen and rear view mirror back.
