He goes above & beyond and definitely keeps all communal areas maintained to the highest of standards. June has also done some cleaning for me in the last few years - again to a high standard! I have owed a property there for a number of years and the the development has been kept to the highest level thanks to Mike and his team. Amanda J1 StarCame for 3 hours. It was agreed I wanted a thorough clean. Dusted round things. Downstairs loo not done. She didn't know we had a downstairs loo. Why didn't she just open the door ?? Plumping the cushions, not done. Kitchen sink and drainer, not done, kitchen worktops, not done. Bed unmade, I could go on. To be fair, of course the house is cleaner but not what I'd hoped for a thorough clean. If you want a quick wipe round, fine. Really dissatisfied and disappointedThursday 26th January 2017

The owner, Mike, is usually on site himself Mon-Sat.
