My wife is a regular client of this salon and has never had any issues with any of the services on offer, whether hair or beauty treatments. Sometimes the salon is very busy which is understandable with the number of rebooked appointments. The salon has been here for over 30 years with the original staff, so they must be doing something right

Lisa always does an excellent job with my hair. I have been going to hairworks for many years. I can't fault it. Always have an excellent experience and leave feeling great.

Had a set of acrylic nails done today paid £35 and they’re absolutely horrific. They’re not attached too the nail. They’re all wonky and out of shape!. Patchy and bumpy even the acrylic some nails are miles longer than the others. Was zero correct prep work I’m actually devastated and embarrassed over these nails I wouldn’t recommend

Be aware!!!! I had balayage done was on offer for £70 charged me extra £50 for blow drying did not ask me if I wanted a trim instead directly asked how much trim I wanted off tricking thinking part of package. I don’t think they just being Unprofessional but deliberately not consulting me so they can take peoples hard earn money. I did not even complain that she did not even use heat spray and being rough to make hair. She disposed soo much of my hair due to bleaching leaving me with it for ages and then tones it adding extra money. It’s their sneaky way to rip off specially out Oulder generation who are innocent and sweet.

Love Mel and the girls at bamford hair works, always get pampered from nails ,spa pedicure, eyebrows and of course my hair.Never no what I'm going to have from cut to colour but Mel always listens and advises me .
