Simon Fuller5 StarGreat food, really improved in the last year or so; definitely give it another go if you get the chance. Could cut the lamb with a fork.
BYOB (£2.50/head) which I really like as you can pick up some excellent beers from the nearby Epicurean instead of just boring cobra.
Can feel a little expensive (but what doesn't these days).

Cyber Bilge1 StarI ordered a takeaway. It was like a curry from the 90s when all those banned food colourings were allowed. Bland slop brightly coloured. They also got the order wrong but I was already home. I think the most offensive thing was the samosas. I bought a portion and was given 2 of those tiny Asda fun sized ones in a box. Richard Harvey Hair and Makeup Artist5 StarAfter moving to The Heatons we struggled to find a good Indian takeout/ restaurant until we discovered Bay Leaf. It's all fresh and cooked to order and not to greasy, so no bloated stomachs the next day.
The staff are wonderful and friendly too. Yesterday whilst we are self isolating you went above and beyond to make sure we could still have the curry we craved. THANKS so much. Rich and AnlesSaturday 3rd July 2021
