Excellent experience with BC Cars! After a very disappointing experience with 'We Buy Any Car' and 'VW,' all offering low, uncompetitive, unfair prices, I called BC Cars to inquire about selling my '16 VW polo. I'm moving to London, so do not require my car anymore. They collected the car from my home the next day, gave it a well needed valet, and marketed it online. Brilliant and transparent customer service, fantastic knowledge of the market, true experts in the field, and sold my car within a matter of days for a great price. Couldn't be happier and will be returning to BC Cars to purchase a car in the coming years when I need a car again

I discovered I had a flat tyre yesterday so I contacted BCCars as they are local and they came over immediately. Chris and Brian removed my tyre to get it repaired and it was functioning and back on my car this morning. Chris also very kindly checked my other tyre pressures as well whilst he was there. Extremely excellent service from the both of them and I would definitely recommend to others. Thank you Brian and Chris!
