Setting up a new business and being very green to the whole endeavour it was very pleasing to be able to deal with somebody like Mark. Simply put, he got our brief spot on and following our initial meeting we seldom needed to input or change anything once it was designed. We made a mistake initially of going to a website like Fiverr to cut costs but all it did was increase them as we had to go to Mark afterwards anyway! We commissioned Mark to do our branding and website. We are absolutely over the moon with both.
