NINA BHANJI5 StarThe saleswoman was very helpful without making us feel obliged to buy, however, we did find a perfect mattress. The delivery service was excellent. No hanging around for hours on end as, on the day of delivery, we received a phone call telling us the time the mattress would get to us. Two very pleasant

Anush Ch1 StarWorst customer service or warehouse team who haven’t checked stock u til last moment. They say it’s tailor made and never began to make it nor was in stock to align with changed delivery dates. If an order is placed the item must be allocated no matter what than coming up with excuses. Took all the money and a week later called stating the mattress are no longer available. Ordered in February and did not care until end of September to inform that the mattresses are not being made and now we have to sleep on floor! What do we do with bed frame without mattress? No one cared at store when the customer came and paid but no update even when we came multiple times in July and in august and in September and suddenly says sorry. Would the sorry count the days and will it be worth the days we sleep on floor in winter? Shameless businesses!!Wednesday 28th September 2022
Valeria Di Maso1 StarBought my bed in store and turned out it was delivered as a flat pack w/out installation, after i asked multiple times if in what i was paying everything was included. Very disappointed as delayed my whole move. The staff should be more clear on what’s really included in the purchase and whats not otherwise no real advantage in buying in store but much better online.Saturday 30th July 2022

Deliver the mattress without it being damaged, if this happens when it's not the customers fault a new one should be shipped immediately not have to wait another 5 weeks.
