Jessica Smith1 StarI had a house viewing booked in for half 1. I had arrived 5 minutes early, and proceeded to wait until quarter to before calling the offices to see what was going on.
After 45 minutes of waiting outside in the cold, 3 phone calls with excuses, as well as thinking she was showing me a different house, I gave up and went home.
I usually never leave reviews, but I have never been dealt with in such an unprofessional manner. If this is how house viewings are dealt with, I daren't think what it's like having them manage a property I was renting.
