In an unoccupied property that I rent out and couldn’t get access to, Rufus looked after the whole situation, taking control of getting access to the house and reviewing the damage due to a large water leak.
Rufus went out of his way to check in on the house whilst everything was drying.
Over three weeks or so Rufus managed the whole process taking damaged material out and taking care not to damage unaffected areas.
When I could finally get to the house Rufus met me at a time suitable to me and showed me through the property providing commentary and advice about next steps.
