Used to be 5 star place but now there’s a younger guy that works here and I’m not sure he’s got enough experience yet. Had to have another guy take over to finish mine when he did the sides and they were patchy all over. My hair is very thick and straight and can be a more difficult cut, you may have better luck than me. It’s so gutting that I’d found a great barbers and now have to go through this awkward, ‘sorry I’ll wait for the other guy’ moment every time I go and often ending waiting an hour to get someone else. Can’t complain about any of the other barbers, you’ll have your favourite but all will do a decent job.

I’ve been coming here for years and I have to say, it’s been going downhill for the last 6 months. Always a lack of barbers recently, having to wait an hour, sometimes an hour and a half to get into a chair. I don’t mind the occasional wait but if it’s regularly busy surely someone has thought of getting more barbers in? Then today I got to the shop at 9am for opening, store was still closed with nobody there, I waited 10 minutes and knocked on the door but nobody turned up. Lads if you can’t get to work at 9am it might not be the job for you? It’s not exactly an early start. There’s tonnes of barbers in the world, and you’d think the basics would be opening at the time you tell the public you’re open. I wish the people who work there well, there’s still some decent people who work here but I won’t be returning. Sort it out before you lose more customers!

3rs consecutive awful haircut, gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time but tried two different “barbers” in there and I am shocked that they think it’s ok to charge £15 for what they have done to my hair. Patchy, not blended, completely ruined the outlines on the back and sides of my head and then tried to razor the stubble off to disguise there mistakes. I asked the last guy to show me the back after he had finished and he wouldn’t even move the mirror away far enough for me to see properly because he knew that he had done a terrible job. Asked for a no.1 on all 3 occasions and have been given a 0.5 with patches of zero. I would definitely not recommend if you do not want to be disappointed, in fact, guttered.

Used this business for my sons haircut and it was disgracefully bad. Clearly told the barber not to cut any length above the ears which he ignored. Was also very heavy handed and made my son very uncomfortable. When I called to complain I spoke to gentleman who said his name was 'Ali' who gave my a torrent of verbal abuse and offered to fight me. Avoid this place like the plague. Horrendous service.
