Came out measured, brought samples and job done all within 2 days. Would highly recommend as they were very professional and really pleased. Great service and price!

Really bizarre experience with these. I had contacted them initially to get a quote for laminate flooring. Before I even got a chance to explain what I wanted they said they would send someone out to measure. Ok fine. They didn’t have the flooring I wanted, so I had to compromise and go with something else. They quoted me £175 for a tiny room, everyone agreed this was far too expensive. I said I would have to check with the owner as I’m having this done in my place of work. I tried to ring them a few days later to confirm, to find out they had my number blocked?! I had to call on my sisters phone - answered straight away. Blocking a potential customer because I never flung my money at them the first chance they got. So, so unprofessional. I will not be recommending to anyone.

Had bedroom, hall stairs and landing carpeted today. The experience from start to finish was 5star. Came out and measured up at a convenient time then fitted me in exactly when I needed them to. All the staff I had contact with were friendly and very helpful would highly recommend these guys.

Recently had to move house and desperately needed to do the carpeting before the moving in. I rang a few place who gave me a lead time of 2 weeks which was way too long. A colleague from work told me about Blackley Carpets. They came out to take measurements on the the same day and the carpet was laid a couple of days later. I will definitely recommend Paul and the guys from Blackley Carpets
