Marathon training, and a calf pull. Couldn't shake it off and lost several core weeks to it. 1 visit with Michelle and massive improvement. downgraded to the half marathon (coastal trail) and not a single problem from it....if i'd have been to Blake's sooner i have no doubt the full run would have been done.
