I had eyebrow threading done with Mariyum on Sunday afternoon. The job was done with precision and took not more then 5 min which always is a bonus, although the customer service could be significantly improved. The shop is based in the Selfridges, accordingly I was expecting great service & didn’t mind paying £23 for it, but I found myself feeling not welcomed, quite contrary - there was no basic greeting or approximate waiting time, no questions asked what is that I exactly want, I had to jump in and explain before anything gets touched , everything all together just seemed awkward and transactional sort to speak.

Lovely treatment and staff! I've been visiting this brow bar now for 3years or so and love the results for threading brows. I haven't had any other services but highly recommend face and brow threading. The results are exactly how I like it. Great service and will continue coming back as a regular customer.
