Haven't even been tattooed here, walked in, said I was wanting finger tattoo's, was it a good idea & all I got was attitude, basically some bleed some don't (have copd & was finding it hard to catch my breath) & all I got whilst trying to talk was "you wouldn't get it done today, if you walk into a tattooist & get it done straight away, they aren't legit & anyway, the tattooist is booked up until may" But the attitude...I felt like I didn't look good enough or didn't look like I could afford to even stand in her presence... I've a LOT of tattoo's all over my body & finally was trying to pick a new place to have some more work done, the reviews are amazing for here, the work looks AMAZING! But the attitude & absolute disregard of a new customer walking in to ask questions, which...isn't that the whole point, go in to book a consultation or phone? (I was walking past so thought I'd pop in & make an appointment, couldn't even ask that...)I was so embarrassed & really put off...I'd have loved to have waited a year to have my tattoo's done here, but obviously I didn't fit the customer criteria...

What an amazing place!! Thank you so much for going out of your way for me today. I visited today and Blood & Iron went out of their way to help me while they were busy. I had an MRI and had to take my piercings out, some I couldn’t get back in and they went out of their busy day to help me.. Thank you so much!! 💚✌🏼 so very kind of you xx

I had my nose re done here, the lady who did it was absoloutely brilliant! I also showed her another piercing I had done elsewhere to which she explained why it kept getting infected and sore and helped remove it. 5 🌟

Came in for my 2nd lobe piercings on a whim and was very impressed by the service, the place is clean and staff are friendly , I didnt feel at all nervous when I usually can get very jumpy around needles. The lady who did my piercings was fab and very chatty which I loved ! Would reccomend to anyone !

I had my nose piercing done from this place. The lady who did my piercing was very warm and friendly. She made me feel at ease and she knew exactly what she was doing. The whole process was very quick and she talked me through it the whole time. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I recommend this place highly to anyone who wants their piercing done! They accept walk ins 🙂 I absolutely love my new piercing! 😍
