L Rhineyy2 StarI really didn’t want to leave a bad review because the customer service was so good I got booked in and carpet “layed” all done in one week but I can see why, I did message them personally but to be honest I keep finding more and more things wrong.
first thing the carpet it’s got red marks on it and and second of all it’s not layed in many places 😂it’s just placed down, they had cut the carpet to small so it does not reach under the skirting board like all other carpets, I thought I could fix it but I might aswell just pull it back up and get a new company and carpet at this point.
Don’t get me wrong he did offer to fix it but to be honest I don’t think it can, he offered to stretch it but I expected the job to be done right the first time so I declinedThursday 29th December 2022

Helpful staff in the shop, professional advice when the owner came to measure and three speedy and meticulous fitters completed the job, all at a really great price!
